SESSION TIME

Our field is only available on a private hire pre booked basis, and you will have exclusive use for the duration of your session.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please follow the signage through the farm yard to the field.

Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early and wait in your car until the previous users have left the dog field. This is to minimise risk of issues for all our customers.

A short time before your booking you will receive an email communication with the PIN code to the lock on gate. Codes will be changed on a regular basis, please do not share the code with anyone.

Please use the code to open the gate, drive onto the allocated hardstanding parking inside the field and close the gate BEFORE you let your dog(s) out of the car. Please do not drive on the grass. No more than 2 cars are allowed per booking.

Parking and leaving your vehicle and it’s contents are entirely at your own risk. Please finish your session and leave the dog field promptly, putting your dog(s) in the car, before opening the gate, drive out and secure gate again by putting code back to 0000. Do not allow others to enter.

Bookings are back to back so please arrive/leave with respect to other users and keep an eye on the time.

DOGS

Your dog(s) must be fully vaccinated and have up to date flea and worm treatment. Please do not bring your dog if it has any signs of illness, such as coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting or if it is in season.

Your dog must be supervised at all times and must not be left unattended either in the field or the car.

Do NOT exercise your dog outside the field.

THE DOG PADDOCK

We check the dog paddock and fence for damage on a regular basis. If there is any damage, litter or dog poo please let us know as soon possible so that we can rectify this. We will not take responsibility for dogs escaping from the dog field.

Please pick up your dogs mess and place in poo bin provided.

Please take your rubbish home and do not leave any litter in the field. Climbing on fences, gate, field shelter and obstacles is not permitted, we accept no liability for any accidents or injury sustained using the facilities.

Please do not allow your dog(s) to dig holes, if you are aware of any holes please let us know as soon as possible.

We do not provide fresh water, please bring your own.

The enrichment areas are for use of dogs only. Please clear up any broken toys as they cause a hazard for other dogs.

SMOKING/VAPING, DRUG TAKING, ALCOHOL, BBQS OR FIRES are NOT permitted on site under any circumstances.

USE OF DOG PADDOCK

You use the dog field at your own risk and you agree not to hold us or staff responsible for any damage to you, your dog (s) or members of your party or their possessions. You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour and you agree that we have no responsibility for your dog (s) or it’s behaviour.

CHILDREN AND GUESTS

Do not let anyone enter the dog paddock unless they are your guests, up to 3 person(s). You are responsible for their safety at all times on our premises.

The dog paddock is not designed for children and therefore must be supervised at all times.

There are no toilet facilities available on site.

FARM AND SURROUNDING AREA

The dog paddock is situated on a working farm, with livestock and farm machinery.

Your booking does not give you any access to any other part of the farm or other businesses on site, and is for the hire of the secure dog paddock only.

Entrance to the farm and dog paddock is by car only, you may not exercise your dogs on our surrounding fields.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are made online and payable via the PayPal link. Bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please do so up to 24 (twenty four) hours in advance by email.

Making a booking means you accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to remove users if these Terms and Conditions are not adhered to by you and their guests. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties. Your name and email is needed to track payments and send you the gate lock PIN code. You consent to us using your information for these purposes.
